Patricia E. Mooradian

President and Secretary at The Henry Ford

I have been President and CEO of The Henry Ford since 2005 and have 35 years of experience in the real estate, retail, and attraction industries. As the first female CEO in its 90-year history, I have led the transformation of The Henry Ford from a locally known attraction to an acclaimed world class destination attracting 1.8 million visitors annually. I am a strategist known for developing consumer experiences and brands, designing internal business systems and processes, building high performing teams, creating award winning digital and traditional marketing strategies, cultivating a service-oriented culture, and enhancing the board governance structure. I have significant experience in dealing with the media and am a proficient public speaker having delivered numerous keynote addresses.

My responsibility for the 250-acre campus enterprise includes its unparalleled collection, five venues, eight restaurants, six retail stores, a large catering operation, a public charter high school, Henry Ford Academy, and two national television series, the two-time Emmy award-winning The Henry Ford’s Innovation Nation and Did I Mention Invention?

The Henry Ford is an active catalytic force for fueling the spirit of American innovation and inspiring an entrepreneurial "can-do" culture. We proactively engage with our visitors, make our collections more universally accessible, and collaboratively create formal and informal educational experiences and products that help develop talent and promote human potential.
