Marla Isackson

Marla Isackson has extensive experience in the business world, beginning with their role as an Assistant Vice President at Citi in 1981. Marla then moved on to American Express in 1988, where they served as Vice President, Customer and Product Management from 1997-1999. In 2000, they became Senior Vice President, Marketing at WebMD, and in 2002 they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Barnes & Noble. In 2005, they founded Heart of Gold Girls, and in 2015 they founded Like a Boss Girls. Finally, in 2017 they became a Founding Member of Dreamers & Doers, and in 2019 they became Founder, President of the Board, Secretary, and Treasurer & CEO of Ossa Podcast Ad Marketplace.

Marla Isackson attended Union College from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a BA. Marla then attended the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, where they earned their MBA in 1988 with a focus in Marketing.
