The Human Resources and Talent Management team at The Henry Ford is responsible for attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talent to align with the organization's mission of inspiring innovation and entrepreneurship. The team includes roles such as the Recruiting Specialist, who manages the acquisition of new talent; the Vice President Talent & Culture/Chief Talent Officer, who oversees strategic talent initiatives and fosters a positive work culture; and the Individual Giving Officer, who cultivates relationships with donors to support the institution's educational and cultural goals. Together, they ensure that the workforce is engaged, skilled, and motivated to contribute to The Henry Ford's vision.
