Iain Dunn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as Lead Barista at The Henry since December 2021, Iain excels in crafting high-quality espresso beverages and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Prior experience includes roles as a Clean Energy Ambassador at Sunrun, where over 1,000 individuals were engaged daily, and Team Manager at Petra Mediterranean Pizza & Grill, focusing on customer service and food quality. Additional experience includes positions as Team Lead at Jamba Juice, Guest Service Agent at Lancer Hospitality, Team Member at Evergreens Salad, and Parcel Clerk at Kroger. Iain holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and Geography from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
