Nicole P. has garnered extensive experience in emergency dispatch and human resources over the course of their career. Currently serving as an Emergency Dispatcher at a police department since February 2019, Nicole has developed skills critical to crisis management and communication. In addition, Nicole has held the position of Human Resources Manager at The Herb Chambers Companies since 2010, overseeing various HR functions. Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Worcester State University between 2013 and 2015, enhancing a professional foundation in public safety and human resources management.
