Keven Downs

Keven entered field in 1999 starting as a volunteer at an elementary school in a special education class. The people he worked with felt he had a gift working with children. He later got a job at Heritage working in the equine program. He loved working with the students but felt limited in his abilities so he returned to school and earned his degree in social work. He worked at another facility for adolescents but when an opening came at Heritage he returned as a therapist.
