Rachel Knoebel is an experienced event planner currently working at The Heritage Foundation since January 2020, where roles have included Event Planner, Event Coordinator, and Event Assistant. Prior to this, Rachel Knoebel served as a Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant at the United States Senate from January 2019 to January 2020. Rachel Knoebel has also held a position as a White House Intern in the Executive Office of the President during the summer of 2017, where responsibilities included sorting incoming mail and adhering to ethics guidelines. Earlier in 2017, Rachel Knoebel interned at the United States Senate, facilitating constituent services and compiling media reports. Academically, Rachel Knoebel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University between 2014 and 2018.
