Anthony McCoy

Anthony McCoy is a seasoned professional in the field of food technology, currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist at The Hershey Company since May 2010. Previous roles at this company include Food Technologist and Research Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed viscosity testing, particle size testing, and various analyses including ICP-MS and GC flavor and fatty acid analysis.
