Arnie Kourtjian

Arnie Kourtjian has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Territory Sales Lead at The Hershey Company since October 2021. Prior to this role, Arnie worked at General Mills for over 13 years as a Retail Sales Representative, driving revenue and market share for brands like Annie’s organics. Earlier roles include Customer Account Manager at ICE CREAM EXPRESS INC, Sales Representative at Appleton Supply Company Inc., and Field Sales Representative at Ingersoll Rand Schlage & Safety Division, where significant contributions were made in expanding customer relationships and sales performance. Arnie also excelled as the #1 Sales Performer for the California Pizza Kitchen brand at Kraft Foods and started a career in sports medicine and athletic training with the Detroit Jr. Red Wings. Arnie Kourtjian earned a degree from Ferris State University between 1984 and 1988.
