Brad Fuhrman

Brad Fuhrman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience and HR operations at The Hershey Company since August 2012, currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Experience. Fuhrman has held various managerial roles focused on enhancing leadership capabilities, optimizing compliance training processes, and streamlining HR operations through user-centric approaches. Prior to Hershey, Fuhrman operated as Principal at Half Dog Design, providing branding and graphic design services, and served as Director of Marketing & Communications and Director of Safety at The SHS Group, LP. An early career at Lowe's Home Improvement included HR coordination responsibilities. Brad Fuhrman holds an Honors BA in World Religious Studies and Philosophy from Lebanon Valley College and a Licensure in Buddhist Ministry from Blue Lotus School of Mindfulness.
