Dan Munivez is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration and project portfolio management. Currently serving as the Director of IT M&A Integration at The Hershey Company, Dan leads IT diligence and develops integration strategies for M&A targets. Previously, Dan held key roles at Aptiv, where responsibilities included overseeing cybersecurity diligence and establishing an enterprise project management office. Dan's career began as a Software Developer at Peregrine Systems, evolving through various leadership and advisory positions in IT, culminating in significant achievements in M&A playbook development and operational excellence across multiple organizations. Dan holds an MBA in Management & Finance from Michigan State University and executive education in High Performance Leadership from The University of Chicago.
