Daniel Crandall

Daniel Crandall, PMP, has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Sr. Manager Engineering COE at The Hershey Company since February 2018. In this role, Daniel leads major change initiatives in project and portfolio management, having implemented a Front End Planning Stage Gate process and new project systems. Prior to this, Daniel held various positions at The Hershey Company, including Staff Engineer Project Manager and Senior Process Engineer. Previously, Daniel worked at Eastman from June 2011 to February 2018, where responsibilities included leading production management for large methylamine plants and resolving business concerns as a Chemical Engineer. Daniel's early career included roles at Roche Pharmaceuticals as a Chemical Engineering Co-op and education from Clemson University, holding a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering.
