Dave Maroukis

Dave Maroukis is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in packaging technology and project management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at The Hershey Company since October 2022, Dave previously held various leadership roles at Kellogg Company, including Global Technology Leader II in Packaging and Director of Engineering for Global Packaging. In these positions, Dave focused on driving packaging technology performance globally, managing engineering teams, and overseeing capital equipment projects. Earlier roles at Mars and Roberts Systems, Inc. further contributed to expertise in packaging engineering and project execution. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
