Fabio Bim

Fabio Bim is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Accounting Manager at The Hershey Company since January 2025, Fabio previously held the position of Finance Manager at SKF Group, overseeing accounting, tax, treasury, and business support functions in Brazil. At Emerson Automation Solutions, from July 2018 to October 2023, Fabio managed the Record to Report process for Latin America within a Shared Services Organization, leading a team of approximately 40, while also directing the Fixed Assets team for the Americas. Prior to that, Fabio held the Controller role, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards at Johnson Controls from July 2012 to June 2018, and contributed as a Financial Analyst Lead in integrating Shared Service centers between Mexico and Brazil.
