Kate Mobley is a seasoned professional in sensory innovation and research, currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at The Hershey Company since January 2020, where responsibilities include leading sensory and consumer research for the Reese's and Hershey brands. Prior to this, Kate held various roles at The Hershey Company, leading sensory research for Sweets and Refreshments brands and supporting new product innovation. Previous experience includes managing sensory evaluations at Penn State Food Science and overseeing quality assurance in seafood processing at Ocean Beauty Seafoods. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science with a minor in Spanish from Penn State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Villanova School of Business.
