Kelsey Olson

Kelsey Olson is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and controls. Currently serving as Manager of Accounting & Controls at The Hershey Company since March 2023, Kelsey previously held the position of Controller at Dot's Homestyle Pretzels from August 2014 to March 2023, where oversight included month-end close processes and management of a team. Kelsey's career began in a part-time accounting role at Dot's, progressing through various responsibilities, including payroll and bookkeeping. Prior experience includes an accountant position at Minot Park District, managing payroll and financial reporting, and a managerial role at Brady, Martz & Associates, P.C., focusing on auditing and tax preparation.
