Mildred Scott Grimsley

Mildred Scott Grimsley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President of Delivery Services and Vice President of ERP Transformation at The Hershey Company, notable achievements include the first regional S/4 HANA deployment in September 2022. Grimsley has held senior positions overseeing international supply chains across various regions, managing operations for significant manufacturing facilities, and driving supply chain innovations. Prior experience includes roles at Kellogg Company, Miller Brewing Company, The Clorox Company, and PepsiCo - Frito Lay, where leadership in operations management and plant performance enhancement was demonstrated. Grimsley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
