Mindy Aunkst

Mindy Aunkst is an experienced meeting and event planner with a tenure at The Hershey Company since October 1992, where responsibilities include coordinating logistics for approximately 40 customer meetings annually at the Global Customer Insights Center and the Mobile Customer Insights Center, as well as facilitating virtual meetings through the Hershey Insights Network. Additionally, Mindy served as the Employee Services Coordinator and Microbiology Lab Technician/Supervisor at the Alzheimer's Association Greater Pennsylvania Chapter from December 2022 to September 2023, and held the role of The Longest Day Community Outreach Chair for the Harrisburg area. Mindy Aunkst holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Lycoming College, attained in 1992.
