Nitin Naidu

Nitin Naidu is an accomplished data integration and ETL professional with extensive experience across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Enterprise Data Integrations Manager at The Hershey Company since February 2023, Nitin previously held the position of Senior Data Engineer at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities included analyzing data environments and developing critical data workflows using Datastage, DBT, and Snowflake. Nitin also spent several years at Tata Consultancy Services, progressing from ETL Developer to Senior Developer Technical Lead, where key achievements included leading the migration to Talend, implementing data quality solutions for Workday integration, and developing impactful ETL dashboards. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
