Rachel Sweger

Rachel Sweger is an experienced professional currently serving as a Category Consultant at The Hershey Company since June 2020, specializing in front end space and Instant Consumable packtypes for large format retailers. Rachel held previous roles at The Hershey Company, including Associate Regional Sales Leader and Territory Sales Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing sales teams and regional business. Prior coaching experience includes serving as Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
