Tom Spaniol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in category strategy and insights, currently serving as the Director of Category Strategy & Insights at The Hershey Company since September 2005. In this role, Tom leads a team of ten and has been instrumental in developing strategic plans and training programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and align with consumer insights.
