Van Duong has over two decades of extensive experience in supply chain management and data analytics, currently serving as the Senior Director of Data and Analytics at The Hershey Company since January 1999. In this role, Van Duong leads the strategic vision for data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics initiatives, focusing on automation and data governance. Previously, Van Duong held multiple senior positions, including Senior Director of ERP Supply Chain, where leadership was provided for the global SAP S/4 ERP Transformation, and Director of Indirect Sourcing, managing over $2.5 billion in annual spend. Notable accomplishments include receiving awards for outstanding leadership in enterprise initiatives and managing diverse teams to optimize demand planning processes for significant clients. Van Duong's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics from Penn State University.
