Vincent Walter

Vincent Walter is a Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for International and Global Supply Chain at The Hershey Company, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Walter served as Head Of Legal for Middle East & North Africa at Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East from March 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive legal counsel for Daimler entities and serving on the Board of Directors. Prior to this, Walter gained extensive experience in corporate law, commercial law, M&A, and arbitration through roles at Schlueter Graf Legal Consultants, Benn-Ibler, DLA Piper, Eversheds, and Walter & Rieder Rechtsanwaelte. Walter began a legal career at the Austrian Federal Court and holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and Dr. jur. from Universität Salzburg.
