Will Bonifant

Will Bonifant is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Strategy, & Operations Technology at The Hershey Company since January 2011. Throughout tenure at Hershey, Will has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Enterprise Transformation and International Supply Chain & Manufacturing, overseeing operations across North America and international markets. Will is also a Board Member for both the Manufacturing Leadership Council and Partners in Food Solutions, focusing on digital transformation in manufacturing and food security initiatives in Africa, respectively. Educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Before Hershey, Will gained valuable experience at The Boston Consulting Group and Naval Reactors, US Department of the Navy.
