Darren Bates CMIOSH is an experienced professional in environmental health, safety, and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of EHS & Sustainability at The HEX Group since August 2023. Previously, Darren held several significant positions, including Environmental Health Safety Specialist at LOGAN (HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANTS) LIMITED, and Head of Health Safety Environment & Energy at Brose Group. With a strong background in managing health and safety systems across various industries, including oil, petrochemical, and automotive sectors, Darren has extensive expertise in quality management, crisis management, and lean manufacturing practices. Educational qualifications include a Strategic Management Degree from North Warwickshire College and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from ROSPA.
