Katie Thornell currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Homeward, a position held since November 2019. Prior to these roles, Katie worked as an Outside Sales Representative for Texas Medical Liability Trust from 2010 to 2013. Katie holds educational qualifications from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2009, and Chapman University, where studies took place in 2005-2006.
