Manoj Kumar Jangra

Manoj Kumar Jangra is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd. since September 2017, Manoj demonstrates expertise in engineering new product development (NPD), production planning, and tool room management. Prior positions include Chief Forging Plant at VICTORA AUTO PRIVATE LIMITED, where leadership in forging operations was emphasized, and Manager of Design & Development at PreciForge and Gears Limited, focusing on developing NPD systems and conducting feasibility studies. Manoj began their career as a Trainee at Yamaha Motors Escorts Ltd. and progressed through roles at VXL Engineers Ltd. and Hi Tech Gears Ltd., gaining comprehensive experience in tool design, process optimization, and capacity analysis. Manoj holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka State Open University.
