Pranav Kapuria

Pranav Kapuria is an experienced professional serving as the Managing Director of Hi-Tech Gears Ltd. since April 2010, overseeing operations within the flagship entity of the Hi-Tech Group of Companies. Pranav holds positions as an Independent Director and Board Member at Cummins Sales & Service Pvt. Ltd. and is a member of YPO, a global community focused on leadership development for executives. Additionally, Pranav is an Executive Committee Member of the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India, having contributed as the Young Business Leaders Forum Coordinator and Chairman of the Aerospace, Defence & Railway Committee. As a co-founder of Mission Strength, Pranav mentors individuals to achieve health and fitness goals. Academically, Pranav holds a Post Graduate degree in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan, an MBA in International Business and Supply Chain Management from Cardiff University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University.
