Adriane Gamble Armstrong

Adriane Gamble Armstrong is currently the Director at The Hidden Genius Project, and has previously been a part of many other organizations such as Charity Navigator, Huckleberry Youth Programs, and Juma Ventures. One of their most notable achievements was when they were a part of Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and they managed a growing program for youth aging out of the foster care system. This system was focused on workforce development, financial literacy and IDA accounts, emotional/social preparedness, and much more. Not only did they develop this model, but they also wrote curricula and delivered trainings, secured grants, monitored progress towards milestones, and cultivated partnerships with nonprofit, city and state agencies. In their time with LISC, they also provided technical assistance to community organizations which focused on issues of economic and workforce development, family income and asset building, and healthy food and aging. Adriane did all of this through program planning, fundraising, financial management, and much more. Out of their many accomplishments, one that stands out the most is their ability to manage a $3.2mm operating budget as well as review financial reports and prepare analyses.
