Eddie Heard Jr.

Eddie Heard Jr. currently serves as the Alumni Coordinator at The Hidden Genius Project, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Eddie was an Athletic Academic Coach at San Jose State University from June 2022 to February 2023, and a Teacher at Oakland Unified School District from August 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, Eddie worked as an East Bay Youth Development Specialist at New Door Ventures from August 2019 to August 2020, and as a Graduate Assistant for football at Texas Southern University in 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as a Paraeducator at Oakland Unified School District and as an Academic Coach for the Student Program for Academic & Athletic Transitioning from 2016 to 2018. Eddie earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon between 2014 and 2016.
