Kenneth Englund

Kenneth Englund is the Director at The Hidden Genius Project. Kenneth was previously with IBM from October 2002 to June 2017. At IBM, they were a Partner with Business Consulting Services and they were responsible for leading IBM’s Business Consulting business focusing on the Industrial Sector. This included Chemicals and Petroleum, Electronics, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Aerospace and Defense industries.

Kenneth was responsible for directing overall market and client strategies, industry solution development investment decisions, sales, delivery, and client satisfaction. The portfolio of services that they oversaw spanned business strategy, technology enablement, application management, and business process outsourcing.

Under Kenneth’s leadership, revenue grew 10%+ over the last two fiscal years while continuing in parallel to shift the consulting offering portfolio aggressively toward Cloud Solutions, Advanced Analytics, and Digital Solutions, including Internet of Things (IOT) offerings. Kenneth was directly responsible for our development of new markets and solution for this major strategic consulting shift with a focus on business and industry advisory services and new technology enablement.

In addition to changes in go to market offerings, Kenneth also enabled restructuring of overall client segmentation strategy and coverage model to drive move focus on our largest and most strategic accounts. Their direct leadership responsibilities include managing over 150 Partners/Associate Partner Go-To-Market leaders.

Kenneth Englund graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis. Kenneth also holds a certification in Transformative Leadership Series from EY.
