Himanshu Shekhar

HIMANSHU SHEKHAR has been working as an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India since June 2008, where HIMANSHU is responsible for the preparation, management, and presentation of cases before the Court. HIMANSHU also serves as a Law Clerk cum Research Associate, conducting legal research for speeches and judgments to be delivered by the Hon'ble Judges and analyzing fresh cases filed in the Supreme Court. In addition, HIMANSHU is currently working as an Advocate at The High Court of Judicature at Patna. HIMANSHU SHEKHAR holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law from National Law University, Jodhpur, and has pursued Master's degrees in Law and Criminal Justice and Corrections from Galgotias University.
