Will Chan

Will Chan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they have served as the Vice President of Commercial and Single Family Properties at The Hignell Companies since January 2023. In this role, they oversee property management, transaction services, and financial analysis for new developments. Prior to this, Will was the General Manager at The Hignell Companies from March 2017 to January 2023, where they specialized in residential and commercial properties.

Before joining The Hignell Companies, Will worked as a Licensed Realtor at Aspire Real Estate from March 2016 to March 2017. Will also gained experience as the Owner of Marketplace Capital, Inc. from June 2014 to March 2017.

Will's earlier work experience includes serving as an Asset Manager at The Turtle Group, LLC from January 2007 to June 2014, where they led construction and property management teams and provided financial analysis support during acquisitions. Will was also the Director of Marketing and Monetization at Brilliant Shopper, Inc. from October 2005 to November 2006.

In addition, Will held the position of Director of Online Marketing at Mt. Sierra College from March 1998 to June 2005. Will began their career as a Web Production Manager at Emagine Studios in 1996.

Between 2021 and 2022, Will attended The CCIM Institute and studied Commercial Real Estate Investment. However, no degree was obtained during this period.

In 2010, Will completed a Certificate Program in Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California.

From 2001 to 2003, Will pursued an MBA at the University of Phoenix with a specialization in eBusiness.

In the years between 1988 and 1992, Will studied Molecular Biology and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at UC San Diego.

In addition to their formal education, Will Chan holds additional certifications. One is a General Contractor certification obtained from the Contractors State License Board. The second certification is as a Real Estate Broker, obtained from the California Department of Real Estate. Specific dates of certification achievement were not provided.
