Julia Shapero is an accomplished journalist with a focus on business and technology reporting. Currently serving as a Business and Tech Reporter at The Hill since September 2022, Julia previously held the position of Breaking News Reporter at Axios from March to August 2022. Julia gained extensive reporting experience through roles at Medill News Service, Daily Bruin, North Coast Current, and Times Media Group. Julia's editorial skills were honed as the National and Higher Education News Editor at Daily Bruin, overseeing the publication of numerous stories while mentoring contributors.
