Steve Burns

Steve Burns has extensive experience in municipal contract management, currently serving as Divisional Director at The Hills Group Limited since April 2002. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Regional Director at United Waste Services from February 1996 to April 2002, overseeing municipal contracts in Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire. Early career experience includes serving as Principal Licensing Officer at Lancashire County Council from August 1986 to February 1996. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Environmental Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1993, and completed education at Hutton Grammar School from 1974 to 1981.
