Ailsa Hardy

Ailsa Hardy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and management within the business research and events industry. Since January 2019, Ailsa has served as Senior Divisional Director and Head of Production - Connect at Worldwide Business Research (WBR). Prior to this role, Ailsa worked at IQPC Exchange from April 2010 to December 2018, where responsibilities included Head of Exchange Production, Team Leader for London Production, and Senior Production Manager. Ailsa's career began at LexisNexis Butterworths as a Senior Conference Producer and Legal Conference Producer from June 2006 to April 2010, following a stint in a Graduate Sales Scheme at Haymarket Media Group. Ailsa holds an LLB in Law from the University of Bristol, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
