Jarrod Murphy

Jarrod Murphy has extensive experience in property management and development, currently serving as the Principal Co-ordinator Property at The Hills Shire Council since June 2021, overseeing a team focused on addressing Council's property needs and investment portfolio. Prior roles include Program Manager for Business Development & Acquisitions at Penrith City Council, where complex development projects were managed, and committee member for the UDIA NSW’s Smart Cities and Sustainable Built Environment initiative. Jarrod's professional history also features sales and leasing positions at notable real estate firms, including Taylor Nicholas Hills District and JLL, where negotiations for commercial properties were conducted. Jarrod holds a Post Graduate degree in Property Development and Investment from Western Sydney University and an Advanced Diploma in Property Valuation from Ultimo TAFE. Further education includes ongoing studies at Harvard Business School since March 2020.
