Lisa-May Jones, also known as Lisa Marr, currently serves as the Head of Sales & Customer Services at The Hippodrome Casino, a position held since September 2011. In this role, Lisa-May provides strategic direction to business managers, supervises performance against industry standards, and drives innovation in the customer journey. Prior to this, Lisa-May held various positions including Head of Customer Services, where operational management and customer service strategy development were key focuses, and Facilities & House Manager, which involved overseeing a large team in a complex entertainment setting. Earlier experience includes serving as a Luxury Travel Specialist at Black Tomato, where high-end bespoke service led to significant repeat bookings, and roles in finance and luxury travel consulting at Les Ambassadeurs Casino and Jeffersons Private Jet Holidays respectively. Notably, Lisa-May successfully recruited and trained 600 employees for the Hippodrome Casino’s launch in July 2012.
