Ross Bangs

Ross Bangs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ross started their career in 2013 as a Shop Assistant at The Bakery, where they gained skills in customer service and small business operations. In 2015, Ross interned at Atkins in the Group Finance sector, enhancing their knowledge in data analysis and excel. Ross also worked as a Plate Waiter at Jade Recruitment Limited for a brief period.

In 2016, Ross served as a Litigation Support Assistant at Opus 2 International, where they honed their communication and problem-solving skills. Ross then transitioned to Cordell & Co. Solicitors as a Legal Assistant, responsible for selling insurance to clients and managing their claims.

Ross joined Allianz in 2017 as a Payroll Administrator Assistant, ensuring accurate payment for over 5,000 employees. Ross continued this role after a 4-month break to travel in Southeast Asia. In 2018, they became an Assistant Manager at Deloitte, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they gained experience in financial management and team leadership.

In 2022, Ross joined Laser Clinics United Kingdom as a Financial Accountant and later took on the role of Financial Controller. Currently, they are the Director of Financial Operations at The Hippodrome Casino, a position they started in June 2023.

Ross Bangs attended The Ashcombe School from 2007 to 2012. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled in The Ashcombe School Sixth Form from 2012 to 2014. Ross then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Mathematics with Accounting at the University of Exeter, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, Ross studied at ICAEW, where they obtained their ACA qualification.
