Jessica Romano

Jessica Romano is a seasoned digital recruiter and talent agent with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Currently serving at The Hired Guns since November 2015, Jessica specializes in representing emerging talent within the digital creative sector. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Director of Recruiting at FPM Staffing from October 2010 to May 2016, where responsibilities included orchestrating comprehensive recruitment processes for global clients in various sectors, as well as holding the position of Recruiter/Regional Manager at the same organization from November 1998 to May 2007. Jessica began their career as an HR Assistant at Ericsson in 1997. Educationally, Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from the State University of New York at Oswego.
