Albert Dumas, Jr. has served as a Visitor Services Assistant and Receptionist at The Historic New Orleans Collection since July 2013, where responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing incoming calls, and facilitating communication within the organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Cashier at Centerplate and an OPC Marketing Agent at Festiva Travel Group. Albert has also volunteered to guide visitors through exhibit galleries while providing historical insights about the city. Albert holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine/Studio Arts and Art History from Cardinal Stritch University, completed between 2006 and 2010.
