Carlys Lemler

Carlys Lemler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hotel operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Hotel Operations at The Thayer Hotel since June 2012, Carlys also contributes as a Professional Speaker for the Thayer Leader Development Group. Prior roles include Doctrine Writer and Research Analyst for the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic, HR Recruiter at Eastman Companies, and Human Resources Specialist at Eagle Systems and Services, Inc. Carlys gained foundational knowledge and skills as a summer intern for the New Jersey Division of Law and as ADA/MI in the US Army. Academically, Carlys earned a Bachelor of Science in American Legal Studies and Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School, and a Master's in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University.
