Shailja Bakshi

Shailja Bakshi is an experienced academic and content professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor at MATS University, Raipur since November 2023. With a solid background in higher education, Shailja has held assistant professor positions at ITM University and MATS University, and has contributed as a visiting faculty member at GLOBAL CLASSES and a visiting professor at Dr. C V Raman University. Additionally, Shailja has worked as a content writer for The Hitavada since 2015 and has experience as a motivational speaker with Jetking Infotrain Limited and C.V Raman Group of Institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, along with ongoing studies towards an MBA and a PhD in Business/Commerce from respective institutions. Shailja is also a qualified Company Secretary.
