Arianne Baptiste

Arianne Baptiste currently serves as a Project Engineer at Hogan Construction Group, a position held since September 2021, after previously working as a Project Intern. Prior roles include serving as FOH Restaurant Lead at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from August 2020 to September 2021, and holding dual roles at the YMCA of South Florida from December 2016 to August 2019 as Head Swim Instructor and Head Lifeguard. As Head Swim Instructor, Arianne Baptiste provided quality water safety instruction and mentorship to new instructors, while as Head Lifeguard, responsibilities included ensuring pool safety and overseeing lifeguard performance. Arianne Baptiste earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management with a focus on Construction Management from Clemson University, completing the program in 2022.
