Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in recruitment, partnership facilitation, and teaching leadership. Currently serving as a Partnership Facilitator at The Holdsworth Center since May 2021, Michael previously held roles including Recruitment & Marketing Manager at Teach Western Mass, where efforts focused on enhancing applicant diversity and expanding organizational reach. Michael has contributed to various educational institutions, including Phoenix Charter Academy Network as an Interim Recruitment Manager, and has a strong background in classroom instruction as a teacher and teacher-leader at Mastery Charter Schools and Scholar Academies. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Education in Urban Education and Leadership, Michael also holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and History from Texas Tech University.
