Karla Driskill

Karla Driskill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karla started their career at Driskill Consulting in 2004 as a Consultant, where they focused on supporting individuals in discovering and closing the gaps that hindered their personal and professional potential. In 2015, they joined The John Maxwell Team as a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, utilizing customized sessions to help individuals and teams identify and overcome barriers to optimal results. In the same year, they also joined The Hollister Group as Vice President - Cultures, playing a crucial role in the women-owned staffing consultancy. In 2023, Karla was promoted to the position of President - Cultures at The Hollister Group, where they continue to excel in their efforts to support clients and talent in achieving their personal and business goals.

Karla Driskill attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 1983 to 1986, focusing their studies on Marketing. Additionally, they obtained two certifications later in their career. In November 2016, they became a Certified Leadership Coach through The John Maxwell Team. Furthermore, in August 2016, they acquired a certification as a Certified DISC Facilitator from TTI Success Insights.
