Katie Buchta

Katie Buchta began their work experience in 2003 as the Head Swim Coach at Nashua Swim and Tennis. In 2008, they joined Take Care Health Systems as a Health & Fitness Specialist for a year. Later that same year, Katie joined The Hollister Group as an Administrative Assistant, where they worked on various temporary assignments. From 2010 to 2017, they served as a Staffing Consultant in the Contract Administrative Division at The Hollister Group. In 2017, Katie was promoted to Manager, Recruitment and Training for the Admin and HR Division, a role they held until 2019. Following that, they became the Director of Recruiting, responsible for overseeing the execution of recruiting strategy for the temporary admin and HR Division at Hollister, managing a team of 6 recruiters. Currently, Katie is working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Hollister Group.

Katie Buchta pursued their education in 2004 and graduated in 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with a minor in Nutrition from Boston University.
