Rachel Kamlet

Rachel Kamlet has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the textile and design industry. Rachel started their career as an Assistant Designer at Calvin Klein Jeans in 2007 and later became a Textile and Print Designer for the same brand from 2010 to 2015. Rachel then worked as a Textile Graphic Designer at JCPenney from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for prints, yarn/dyes, and graphics for women's private label brands.

In 2017, they joined Anthropologie as an Apparel Manager and subsequently worked at J. Jill as a CAD Artist from 2018 to 2019. Rachel then took on the role of a Textile Designer at DXL Group for a brief period between March and May 2020. Rachel continued their journey as a Textile/Graphic Product Designer at Basic Trading, Inc from October 2020 to June 2021.

Rachel also gained experience as a Creative Recruiter at Creative Cove Inc. from September 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Textile Graphic Designer as a self-employed professional since 2012. Rachel'smost recent role is as a Textile Designer at The Tot, where they began working in May 2018.

Rachel's current endeavor is as a Recruiting Manager at The Hollister Group, where they started in 2023. The Hollister Group is a women-owned staffing consultancy known for its focus on open communication, passion, integrity, and community.

Rachel Kamlet studied at Colorado State University from an unknown start year until 2007. Rachel pursued a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design & Merchandising. Later, Rachel attended the American Graphics Institute, where they completed a Digital Marketing Certificate in 2020.
