Brad Arrowsmith has extensive work experience in the business industry. Brad started their career in 2001 at IBM where they served as the Manager for Commercial Desktop Fulfillment Operations until 2003. In 2003, they joined The Holmes Organisation as an account executive and quickly rose to the position of President. During their time at The Holmes Organisation, Brad demonstrated exceptional customer service and product knowledge, helping to establish the company's reputation. Brad also played a pivotal role in enhancing the employee development program.
Brad Arrowsmith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Brad also completed their high school education at The Bolles School. In addition to their formal education, Brad has obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters in July 2010 and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification from PIA of Florida, Inc. in June 2006.
