John Gillenwater

John Gillenwater, CTP has a diverse work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. John currently holds the position of V.P. Fleet Operations & CSO at HC Transport, Inc. Since joining Home City Ice in 2017, they have served as the Director of Fleet Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Gates Corporation as the Manager of Corporate Transportation from 2014 to 2017. Before that, they held the role of Logistics Manager at Mubea in 2014 and at Aurora Casket Company from 2000 to 2014. John Gillenwater also has military experience, having served as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army from 1989 to 2000.

John Gillenwater, CTP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Northern Kentucky University. John also has a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from the same university. In 2012, they obtained a Lean Supply Chain Professional Certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2010, they completed the Private Fleet Management Institute program at the National Private Truck Council.
